• Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at thedevesu@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
•  all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
• We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

        1) the product/s are returned after use 

        2) the products are damaged

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
